Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products, underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons, items marked as sale / final sale, or products without tags.
We also do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way from their original condition.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and depend on the carrier and the country from which you send the package.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original one. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new product.
30-Day Right of Withdrawal in Australia
Regardless of the conditions mentioned above, if the goods are delivered to Australia, you have the right to withdraw from your order or return it within 30 days without providing any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
